Water features F.A.Q

Do you sell solar water features?

We currently don't stock solar water features. 

How long is the wire for these water features?

All of the water features from La Hacienda (pictured in this article) have a lead length of 10M.

Will you deliver the water feature for me?
Yes, and our water features qualify for free delivery around the Bolton area.

How do I clean the water feature?

We sell an all-purpose water feature cleaner, which you add to your running water feature to allow to cycle. This should also clean the pump, too but may require hand-scrubbing if particularly dirty. 

How do I take care of the water feature?

We recommend cleaning your water feature upon the first signs of algae build up - apply our water feature cleaner and give a gentle scrub to affected areas and allow to cycle. You may notice that your water drops during hot spells - top up with water as needed. Turn off in the winter and ideally store over winter into February.
